Providing product satisfaction and a quality service to our customers
is one of our key business objectives and we will never turn down
reasonable requests.
Our aim is to despatch your order
within 3 working days of receipt for all UK and European deliveries.
The nature and source of some of these products means that this
is not always possible and you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If delivery is not possible within the 28 day period you will be
advised of the anticipated date of delivery and will be free to
cancel the order should you wish.
Your Credit or Debit card is charged
when you confirm the order of your selected goods.
You can cancel an order at any time
prior to the goods being dispatched*.
* Please note that this guarantee
does not apply to goods that are manufactured specifically for the
customer to that customers specification, or non-stock items
specially ordered on a customers behalf.
Returns Policy:
Our returns policy is in accordance
with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please

You have the right to cancel your
order within 7 working days. If you wish to cancel your order you
must do so in writing or by e-mail within 7 working days of receiving
the goods. On receipt of notice to return any goods 2cvstuff.com
will send you an RMA Returns Form.
We will provide a full product refund
including VAT within 30 days of your notice. You are responsible
for ensuring that:
(a) Goods returned must be received
in as new condition with all seals intact and the product unused.
(b) Goods must be returned complete, undamaged, unopened and unused
(including all packaging, seals, instructions etc for that product).
If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed
incomplete and will be returned to you.
(c) All returns must be authorised and an RMA Returns Form included
with the returned product.
The Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed
for by us.
All goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Items returned that are incomplete, damaged, opened or used will
be returned to you in the condition received.
Unless returns are made as a result of mistakes by 2cvstuff.com
or faults or damage covered by 2cvstuff.com or manufacturer's warranty
the cost of returning goods will be the sole responsibility of the
customer.
Proof of postage is not necessarily
proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send
your package by registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient
insurance to cover the value of the goods.
Incorrectly Supplied Goods
If any items were supplied incorrectly
due to an error on our part we will despatch the correct goods as
soon as is possible to you and refund any carriage charges involved
in the return of the incorrect goods. Please advise us of any incorrectly
supplied goods in writing, or via e-mail to contact @2cvstuff.com
within 3 days of receipt of said goods.Damaged/Faulty Goods
If the goods are damaged in transit
they must be returned within seven days in their original packaging
and in the condition they were received in for exchange or refund.
Where any of the items have developed
a fault, under no circumstances must these items remain in use while
damaged, in this case you will be deemed to have accepted the goods
in their damaged condition.
If any item develops a fault within 28 days of the date of invoice,
please advise us via e-mail to returns@2cvstuff.com
and we will issue a returns number if required.
Beyond the 28 day period for returning
faulty goods to Oui2 Limited the goods may need to be returned directly
to the manufacturer. Please contact us for more information on the
warranty procedures that apply, as the period and scope of the warranty
will vary depending on the manufacturer. You are reminded that no
responsibility is accepted for consequential damage caused by the
use of any of our products.
Custom Made and Special Order
Items
Where the goods have been specially
made to a specification provided by the customer, or where the goods
have been specially ordered from a supplier then we are unable to
accept the return of goods for any reason apart from goods damaged
in transit or of faulty manufacture. In this case the returns procedure
that applies is the same as for any other item supplied. Circumstances
will vary according to the specific conditions involved and if you
should have a problem with specially manufactured or ordered items
please contact us immediately.
